The property was 1st class with exceptionally nice and accommodating staff at the reception desk, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was fresh made with countless options and had something for everyone.

Make sure you stay in the classic queen room with fluffy white towels. The location is exceptionally nice and the staff is very professional.

Magnificent central location, just off the western outskirts of the city, restaurant, and shops for vehicle parts. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our classic queen room.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Thessaloniki recently and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself was luxurious and offered stunning views of the water. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious food. Despite being a bit far from the city center, the hotel provided a free shuttle service which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

there were only 2 members of the staff who made the stay enjoyeble the rest was very lazy and didn`t care. further the place was full with children and it seems that they have always schools there so for me its a 2 star hotel

The restaurant was refusing to make food what was on the menu, to much work i think, this was the first night so we didn`t visit the restaurant anymore and went to eat outsite of the hotel. The first 3 days the room overfloated with water they fixed it after 3 days !!!!!!

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our Christmas stay more enjoyable. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was convenient and allowed us easy access to key locations in the city.- We especially appreciated the excellent breakfast spread, with a variety of delicious food options to choose from.

The room was smaller than expected and the bed was uncomfortable, leading to a disappointing stay. The view from the balcony was odd and gave a sense of being far away from the city.

Very far from the center, there is a hotel shuttle, but it refused to take us to the center. The room was not cleaned in the morning. The wallpaper was torn. This hotel deserves at best the upper end of 3-stars.

We were pleasantly surprised with a nice fruit platter in the afternoon. Nice touch and very refreshing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main bus station, making it easy to explore other Greek cities. The newly refurbished rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, were very kind and helpful.

The hotel is quite far from the city center, requiring a 45-minute walk or relying on public transportation. It would have been nice if the hotel provided outdoor chairs and a small table on the balcony terrace.
